I saved for a long time and splurged on a trip to Seven Stars to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends. From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing! Vernice in the lobby check-in was so helpful and professional, and explained the property and all of the amenities. The on-site restaurants The Deck and Seven were both very good. I want to give special recognition to Ricka at breakfast at Seven every morning. She was one of the most genuinely happy and helpful people I’ve encountered. By our third morning, we were being greeted with hugs! The world would be a better place with more people like Ricka. The included breakfast buffet was very good. Fresh squeezed juices, hot coffee, hot foods (with some variety from one day to the next), fresh fruits, an omelet/custom egg station, cereal for the littles, and a completely separate station for gluten free items. Jay was another one of our servers at breakfast and he was so helpful as well. Pool and beach service were accurate and friendly. Towels are provided, and there are water stations along with coolers of ice for staying hydrated. The resort also provides complimentary umbrellas to use, although we saw no rain during our week there. There are floats available for use as well. The water of Grace Bay is every bit as beautiful as I had hoped, and the grounds and landscaping are IMMACULATE. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job as well. Very comfy beds and pillows. I had every high hope for my “big trip” and I’m very happy to report that Seven Stars not only met, but exceeded, my high hopes! Thank you all so much for making me feel so celebrated and welcomed.

After researching resorts for months, I can honestly say Seven Stars Resort & Spa exceeded every expectation. This was, without question, the best resort we've stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. We were welcomed with a refreshing rum punch and a cool lavender-scented towel that was perfect after the island heat. It set the tone for what turned out to be an incredible stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Turks and Caicos can be hot and humid, but once you're settled in, you're surrounded by one of the most beautiful beaches you'll ever see. The grounds are well maintained, the views are breathtaking, and the entire property feels peaceful and luxurious. The food was excellent, and there were plenty of options throughout our stay. Whether you're traveling as a couple or bringing the family, this resort has something for everyone, including a family-friendly pool and a separate adults-only pool. One of the biggest takeaways from our trip is this: listen to the concierge. They know the island and gave us outstanding recommendations. We decided to venture out on our own for one excursion before following their advice, and looking back, we wish we had trusted their recommendations from the beginning. They truly know what experiences are worth your time and money. The location is also hard to beat. It's right next to the Ritz-Carlton, but after seeing both properties, we'd choose Seven Stars Resort & Spa every time. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. If you're trying to decide where to stay in Grace Bay, stop searching. Book Seven Stars Resort & Spa. One thing is for sure—you'll be treated like family from the moment you arrive, and you'll probably be planning your next trip before you even check out.

My husband and I stayed at Seven Stars a few weeks ago. It was an amazing resort, and we loved our time there (we didn't want to go home)! The service and staff at Seven Stars was fantastic. Every person we interacted with was so kind, helpful and professional. Our room was clean, spacious and had a wonderful view of the pools and beach. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious - we loved the omelet station as well as the many other options. We also enjoyed the restaurant that overlooked the beach. It was a fun place to grab lunch. The extra touches at the resort were nice - fruit and cheese tray in our room when we arrived, bottled water brought in each day, nice water bottles to use on the beach, nice cards left on our bed, etc. The beach was the best we have ever been to (no seaweed, trash). The crystal clear turquoise water and white sand were paradise. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We've gone on many tropical vacations, but this one was our favorite. This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos, and we hope to return in the next few years. When we do, we will definitely stay at Seven Stars again.
