The Regent Grand

Great experience staff was very friendly and helpful

We were so excited on going and having the opportunity to experience Turks and Caicos, and when we arrived we were welcomed by one of the best staffs that we have ever encountered with. We can’t say enough positive things about the entire crew at The Regent Grand. We were treated like family from start to finish they went above and beyond to meet our needs and taking great care of us throughout the week. Not only did they go above and beyond, but were great with giving us ideas and things to do on the island during our stay. Special shout out to Randal, John, and their crew. The hotel’s location is great, near shopping and restaurants. The beach is beautiful. The service is attentive and polite. However, we had a huge hot water problem, with low pressure, too hot, or too cold water. Construction on the main walkway to the beach access required us to walk through scaffolding.
