Our stay at The Inn at Grace Bay was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located, with such a relaxing island atmosphere that made our trip unforgettable. Every detail felt thoughtful, clean, and welcoming.
A very special thank you to Ariel, the manager, who truly made our experience outstanding. Ariel was incredibly kind, responsive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Every morning he thoughtfully prepared delicious breakfast pastries and coffee, which made the mornings feel extra warm and personal. Any question or request was handled immediately with care and attention, and we always felt truly taken care of.
Exceptional hospitality like this is rare and deserves recognition. Thank you again for making our time in Turks & Caicos so memorable — we cannot wait to return!

This was the perfect location for me on my recent trip to Turks and Caicos. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jane, who was super warm and friendly. Check-in was a breeze, and my condo was spacious, very comfortable and clean, with everything you might need, including blow dryer, cooking utensils, iron, beach towels, and washer and dryer. I LOVE having a washer and dryer when I'm on vacation, so this was a major plus for me. My bed was very comfortable, my room felt very secure, and I never had any problems with noise from other units. I stayed in an upper unit, with my balcony facing towards the water. You will not have a view of the sea, but there are lovely palm trees and a pool below the balcony. It is small but well-maintained, and has lots of cute little lizards running around. There is a LOT of construction going on in this area, so you will also have a view of buildings in progress. This was not a problem for me, I never heard any construction noise, and it did not detract from my trip at all. My balcony was clean, had nice chairs, and was quiet and comfortable. The property is nicely landscaped, there is plenty of free parking, and is a cute little gem tucked into the Grace Bay area.
Every morning, Ariel serves coffee and pastries down by the pool. (The croissants are super fresh and delicious!) He is super nice and very willing to help you with anything you might need. If you prefer to eat a heartier breakfast, there is a nice option literally a 1-minute walk away at Shay Cafe.
The Inn at Grace Bay is about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Exit the pool gate, turn right and follow the paved road until it divides, turn right again and follow the path down to the water. There are loungers provided at no cost by The Inn (Ariel will give you a card to show to the man at the beach who will set them up for you), and you may pay if you'd like an umbrella ($25/day). The water is incredibly clear and the sand is white and very soft. I don't know what it's like most of the time, but at least during my stay, there were virtually no waves and the water was very calm. There are no bathrooms available on this stretch of the beach.
The Inn is located within easy walking distance of MANY restaurants and shops. I rented a car, but you really could survive very easily walking everywhere. Beans and Leaves has excellent coffee and is only about a 5 minute walk away, and there is an enormous selection of various cuisines available, all within a 10-minute stroll. Food is expensive here, like most islands, but you can save some money by cooking in your condo. The closest grocery store, Graceway Gourmet, is well-stocked with many choices, and you can eat for a reasonable price from the broad deli selection of prepared foods. (If you're driving, Google Maps will try to direct you down a nearly undriveable stretch of road to get from The Inn to the grocery store. Ignore it, look at the map, and drive down to the next major roundabout, turn right and follow the road to the grocery store).
When I'm reading reviews and trying to decide where to stay, these are generally my top requirements:
Safety
Cleanliness
Convenient location
Friendly staff
This location checked every box, and I would happily return if I get the chance.
However, everyone has different hopes when they're searching for a place to stay on vacation, so I will briefly list what this is NOT:
A big resort with many people/staff
A luxury hotel
A beachfront property
If you're hoping to find those things, this will not be a good fit for you. For me, those things were not important on this trip, and I much preferred my quiet little apartment tucked away from the crowds. I hope to return someday! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Excellent place to stay to meet providenciales. 4 minutes walk from the best beach area I have ever seen (and know more islands in the Caribbean, Bahamas, Cook Islands, Maldives or French Polynesia). Comfortable bed and pillow, powerful air conditioning, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Very close restaurant area, also supermarket 8 minutes walk.
Superb coffee and croissants breakfast. Ariel always helpful to help you in whatever you need. A gem of place we promise to return to.
On the negative side (and outside the accommodation) is that on several occasions there was no one in charge of Umbrella Service on the beach($25 per day of use), so it was difficult to be there (the sun hits hard).
In short a wonderful accommodation on a wonderful beach
