Crimea was rested for the first time, on the date of the spouse's birthday. Stayed in Alushta at the Sunrise Riviera, and after still in Yalta. Rest in this hotel was satisfied, the experience is wonderful, thank the hotel for its hospitality!!! What exactly did you like? A lot! 1) Liked the management, and this in the hotel service, probably the main thing. They asked for a floor higher so the trees wouldn't block the sea view, changed rooms in five minutes, with a smile. Or. We ran out of bottled water, asked for a reception bottle on the beach, our request was complied with. Immediately, they found out the room number, and a box of water was brought there, too. And so in all the little things during the rest period. Any request will be tried to answer, any problem will be tried to solve, even if you addressed the wrong person, the wrong person. Grateful for this client orientation. 2) Liked the way the beach exit is organized - do not cross any promenades, roads, etc. You just walk out through a chambered, cozy, blossoming park without even realizing where the "underpass" that leads to the beach was. The unusually thoughtful and interesting architecture of the facility, ensuring the convenience of the hotel guests. 3) The sea in June was cool, the sun was bright and hot. A large, clean swimming pool with temperature control and a children's area attracted those who were uncomfortable swimming in the sea. I note that the water in the sea was clean, the beach is fully prepared for the season. Beach surface is tiny pebbles, slightly larger than sand. Towels, sunbeds, lifeguards are all in place. 4) Sea view rooms are light, mattresses and pillows are soft, bathroom is spacious enough, shower cubicles are modern, not bad cosmetics, towels are not new but good quality and clean (changed every day). Daily cleaning, cleaned well. Balconies are furnished (table, chairs) for a beautiful relaxation with sea views. There are bathrobes, but I won't praise them. The fabric looks like a waffle, but it's not really cotton, it's kind of weird and tough. 5) We would love to celebrate the meal. We loved it! You can't call the number of dishes "not an estimated abundance," but it's quite enough. And all products are natural, understandable and quality. We enjoyed it!!! Dishes are not packed with spices, not drenched in dubious spicy sauces. There's always been (large chunks of) beef, poultry, fish, rabbit. Really liked the baked beef cheeks (bravo cook!!!) and the juicy turkey fillet. Steamed dishes (tender vegetables and poultry) were mandatory. Seafood was also present, very much liked the large mussels in cream sauce and soup with seafood (like bouillabaisse). Chopping cheeses and sausages, low-salt smoked tuna with slices, fresh vegetables in slices and salads, olives, pickled mushrooms. They served 2-3 types of soups for lunch and dinner. Seasonal strawberries, cherries all the time, grapes, grapes, nectarines, plums, bananas, pears - the choice is good. Several types of dessert pastries. Coffee machines, bagged teas of all kinds, white and red wine for lunch and dinner, champagne served for breakfast. The only disappointment was the cheburek with beef bought at a paid cafe near the hotel beach - huge, beautiful, but very fat, and the meat inside was extremely scarce. 6) The hotel has a wonderful location, on the first coastline, and in the very thick of tourist life. To one side of the hotel the street along the sea is called after Lenin, to the other side the extension of this street is called Embankment. For those who love long walks, it's a great opportunity to make a bedtime promenade "until your tired feet." There are also green boulevards, numerous cafes and restaurants and various attractions for children. At the same time, there are several interesting entertainment facilities close to the hotel, which can be visited before dinner or on a rainy day. We liked the Miniature Museum and the Aquarium, which features not only fish but also small animals and an enclosure of crocodiles. 7) In the hotel's underground car park, tourists are provided with free space. Very nice birthday greetings. They found a bunch of balls on the doorknob in the morning and later brought a mini birthday cake to the room. It's nice. Thank you!!! General impression of your stay - you are welcome here! And that's the main thing that makes you want to come back. We wish the hotel prosperity and good occupancy in all seasons!!!

The hotel location and grounds are convenient. Rooms are spacious. Hearing the rowdy kids in the next room, that's a big nuisance. The bathroom smells like a bad sewer. Comfortable mattresses: on a double bed lie two and a half mattresses, which are held, not particularly successfully, by a sheet. A hole will form in the middle of the bed, so sleeping with a hug is not possible. And the mattresses themselves are too soft. Bed linen is snow white, clean. The spa area for such a large hotel is not large enough: there are two saunas, two hamams, three jacuzzi bowls and two swimming pools (inside and outside ). Great crowding of people. Normal swimming is possible only in the outdoor pool. I chose this hotel when I saw a selection of the best hotels with spa in Crimea on my blogger's Instagram. I wouldn't put him in that category. There are hotels with much more comfortable and varied spas. The Swedish line is high. Beautiful cuisine, variety of dishes, especially seafood are terrific. Beyond praise. Restaurant opening times are also convenient: three hours for breakfast and dinner. Not bad overall, but there are nuances that spoil the overall impression.

How to ruin your holiday: the experience of accommodation at Rivera Sunrise Want to ruin your long-awaited holiday or holiday? Book a room at the Rivera Sunrise Hotel. Our settlement experience was the perfect guide to this. Meeting with "hospitality": Parking: We arrive – all spaces are occupied, underground parking is closed. Not a single employee on the premises to help. For a five-star hotel, the lack of a valet parking service or at least a guest duty officer is a surprising omission. Reception: We were greeted by an extremely scowling lady who looked like we'd cut her off from a crucial task. The atmosphere was more like a passport desk. The demand to see the original passports of everyone, including children, was raised with accusations of ignorance of federal laws. Even after explaining that we were celebrating an anniversary and the mood was hopelessly sour, there was not the slightest attempt to apologize or smooth things over. Lack of basic service and system problems: Professional staff can fix even a difficult start: offer a drink (even modest hotels practice welcome drink), apologize, smile or, on the downside, just show up. It's not here. The “friendliness” feature of employees appears to be disabled. As the head of the HR department, people are out of place. Quality Manager (if this position exists) is not doing its job. In front of us, two other rooms were denied occupancy in five minutes for the same reason — that suggests a systemic problem, not a particular case. Additional disappointments: Instead of setting up a process, the hotel prefers spam mail with advertisements. The same unprofessionalism in the SPA: first accept payment for services, and only then report that part of the zones are not working. Outcome: The hotel is billed as a five-star hotel, but the level of service falls short of even a modest "three." Instead of a holiday, we got stressed and totally disappointed. My grade is minus five stars out of five. Rivera Sunrise is a story of total staff indifference and dysfunctional processes.
