This place, unfortunately, hates children and people with them. When we arrived with three children, we were kicked out. This was very unpleasant, especially considering that the complex positions itself as a place for family vacations.
We decided to visit the pool in the spa complex and bought entrance tickets for all children and adults. We were three adults and three children (two of whom were three years old and one was an infant).
When we entered the spa, the administrator Tatiana immediately showed us her negative attitude. She did not say hello, did not smile and did not greet us as dear guests. Instead, she began making comments to the children and to us.
For example, she reprimanded a child for closing the trash can lid. Although it is quite logical that it should be closed so that garbage does not fall out. She then made a remark about not touching the glass cabinets, even though no one had touched them.
While we were getting checked out, the kids were just looking at the storage cabinets and making sure which ones opened and closed. They didn't break anything or make any noise. They were just showing interest. But Tatyana and Yulia, another reception employee, began making comments to them - direct contact, and not through representatives.
I decided to ask why they don’t like this behavior of children. Tatyana said that everyone should be silent here, including children - this is a spa. But I don’t think it’s normal when children have to unquestioningly obey even strangers at the reception (this is not about safety).
I said that I take full responsibility for their actions and am ready to pay if they suddenly ruin something. Tatyana rolled her eyes and spread her hands, clearly not approving of my answer. She then proceeded to lecture me on how children should behave at the spa. It was very strange, because we had not done anything yet to cause such an attitude.
I understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I believe that children should be able to express their interest and curiosity without negative comments.
We went out to the pool and after 10 minutes we were asked to leave. Tatyana said that if we don’t shut the children’s mouths, we will have to leave, as we are disturbing other guests. Tatyana pointedly gestured around the sun loungers and the pool to show how many people were there.
I replied that there were only two people there. They did not complain about us, but continued to lie on the sunbeds. Tatyana again did not like my logical answer, and she said that the clients came to sleep, and we were disturbing them. (Sleeping in a spa is certainly fun.) She also mentioned that there is a negative review and complaint from customers about us.
Tatyana continued: “Some mothers know how to explain to children that they need to be silent, and other children are silent.” She said it verbatim. “And if you can’t, leave.” Although the children at that moment were laughing and enjoying the water. They stood still on the steps, did not jump or run. They were just kids.
However, Respect Hall has different ideas about children and their attitude towards them. And the children, for a second, are 3 years old and one year old! How to explain to a one-year-old child that he needs to be silent?
We began to get ready and, on the way out of the locker room, decided to ask the gym visitor how much the children were screaming and disturbing him. The visitor - Ilya - said that he was definitely not interrupted!
Next, we went down to the spa reception and asked Tatyana to show her a review for review. It turned out that this review was not about us and our children, but once about other children and a different situation. But based on this review, she said we were in the way!
We then asked to invite the person we had personally disturbed to clarify the situation and apologize if this was indeed the case. This person was Marina, a gym trainer.
Marina said that she works 8 hours a day and it’s very hard for her. That is, we – the client – prevented the employee from working. Paradox!
Next, Marina’s client, Ilya, came up. Marina said that he was embarrassed to tell us that we were disturbing him. The client did not confirm anything, but Marina interrupted him and again answered for him.
We left the complex. My sister stayed for a refund at the main reception. The deputy director of the complex, Konstantin, also showed the height of “customer focus.” He didn't want to solve the situation and sort it out. He did not specify what exactly happened to the clients. This is of no interest to anyone here at all.
Then he said that they would look at the cameras. The girl at the reception - Diana - also said that it was understandable why we were interfering, since we have children.
Not a single employee was interested in clarifying the situation. According to the regulations, children are allowed, but the employees do not comply with them. They are definitely not interested in customers and profits. Apparently, all employees of the complex have very high salaries.
Conclusion: if you have children and they know how to be happy and talk, you shouldn’t come here. This complex is not for you. The employees hate children. Their rights are infringed for the sake of the complex staff. You will waste your time, money and nerves. The service - there are no words for how disgusting. The pool is dirty and cold, although they said it was warm. The restaurant is only open during the day and not always, and the attitude towards people and children is outrageous!
P.s. It's a pity that you can't give a zero rating. There is a confirming video on Yandex. Unfortunately, the video cannot be loaded here.

A very pleasurable stay at this place. The scenery is fantastic, an outside lift that affords a brilliant view of the nearby mountains. Staff were beyond excellent and food and drink terrific; enjoyed a long leisurely breakfast each morning.
Cable car to private beach and very pleasant grounds to wander or sit, as well as tennis courts, etc. Large choice of saunas and well equipped gym. Swimming pool, etc. View from the room was of the Black Sea and was exquisite, so magical watching the sunrise each morning.
