Hi, we booked and stayed in this hotel one night and could not bear the next night and had to find another hotel in Yalta. We ended up in a tiny closet of a room at the back of the hotel that we could hardly turn around in, ( we think perhaps it was part of the mechanical room that they made into a very small room and added a bathroom ). There were vents falling off the walls, the TV didn't work, the safe didn't work, and to top off all that we had COLD showers the next day and when we commented at the front desk as we were checking out early we were told with a straight face that everything was in working order. The room looked nothing like what you see in the pictures online - and the hotel had no issue with renting this room for the same rate as the other rooms. A complete rip off, thank goodness we had some kind people that rescued us from this terrible place! It is very near the botanical gardens and there is a very good little seaside restaurant nearby - that was the saving grace for our evening!
