I spent several months in this hotel . Convenient location , clean and efficient . The courtesy of the personnel was outstanding ,especially Liana at concierge and Alina at management thanks to them any issue was quickly solved . Rooms are cozy and spotless . Breakfast has a great varietal of food available . Definitely will be a stop and a choice anytime I ll be back in Kharkiv . Last but not least, a good shopping center and good restaurants in the area .

This is very good (especially if it comes to 3 star hotel level) hotel just few steps from the heart of the city. My room was somewhat small, but good for one traveler with all amenities business traveler usually needs like safe deposit box, mini-bar or free bottle of still water. Room has good bathroom with hair-drier and soap/shower gel. Bed was convenient. My room was warm, with romantic sloping roof and roof window. Great number of TV channels (flat TV screen). Superior rooms are equipped with kettle/cups for tea, but you can ask for a kettle if you need it in Standard room. Staff were excellent. My breakfast-box set (because of early departure) was nice and tasty, and was ready in time. It was some noise probably due to ventilation during the daytime but at night it was absent, so, it didn`t affect sleeping.

We chose this hotel because of the location first of all. It is in a quiet place close to the central street Sumska and metro stations. Our room was standard as per reservation so we had twin beds and couldn't get king size bed. But the room was fine, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included - at the hotel restaurant Amelie at the ground floor. It was a good stay for reasonable price.
