I stayed at this property for a month for work. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and provided consistent and timely service during my stay. Housekeepers did a fine job of keeping my room spotless on those days that I needed service.
The room itself was large and well appointed with a full-size fridge, range, utensils, pots / pans, cups/glasses. Also included was a very modern washing machine. Although there is no dryer, a drying rack was tucked away besides the ironing board. The AC unit was a bit noisy sometimes, but it did its job and kept the room cold when I wanted. The bathroom was roomy and clean. I experienced no issues with water pressure or temperature.
The hotel is withing walking distance to many excellent restaurants, the metro, supermarkets, and shopping malls. The cafe next door does provide a great breakfast for an reasonable extra charge, though you will need to put your order in with the front desk the night before.
Whether you stay for a few days or a month, the Greguar is an excellent choice in a great location.
