Elegant decor and comfortable well designed rooms. The service is truly 5 star on an international scale and far exceeds the service offered by the Intercontinental and the Hyatt in Kyiv. The reception team seem to be able to solve every issue including retrieving a credit card that had been swallowed up a nearby ATM!

Very welcoming, very welcoming and friendly people. Very careful. Very safe and close to a lot of things. As soon as possible I will return, to relive the good times I had there. I hope this phase passes soon so I can take a look at the friends I made there.

Exceptional hotel, one of the best I have stayed in the world. Rooms are beautifully equipped and they have thought of everything. This really is 5 star at its best, lovely staff that cater for everything, even gave me complimentary late check out until 7pm. Breakfast is a Michelin star experience, really looking forward to returning.
