Royal De Paris Hotel

Good day, I want to leave a review about the hotel de paris in Kyiv, we stayed there for 3 nights. Good location in the very center of the city, renovation in the style of the 18th century, everything is fine... BUT there is one BUT, the hotel is located in Arena City, where the JUICE nightclub is located on the 6th floor... not only is the room a slaughterhouse, but also and at 23:15 young people come from the club to the hotel, where they giggle like horses, there are exactly 20-25 of them. The following situation occurs, the time is 23:30, we call the administrator and say “what is going on here? Stop this noise of youngsters” to which we hear the answer “I can’t do anything with them, since the owner of the club rents rooms for them, wait 10-15 minutes and they will leave.” Well, ok, at 11:45 p.m. we call her again, but with a warning: “We’ll give you 10 minutes to be quiet, if this doesn’t happen, we’ll call the police.” The admin remained silent, and of course, 10 minutes passed and nothing changed. As they warned, they called the police... it turns out that the police come here more than once to respond to calls... And the fun begins, the police arrive, the front doors are closed, no one lets them into the hotel, we gave the police evidence, and the admin’s number, they talked to her and IMMEDIATELY everyone became quiet and went to their rooms. As for the room, the room was very poorly cleaned, even the same hairdryer was hanging on by snot, the handle on the door was all broken, the table had been destroyed by life, and what was going on under the bed... I won’t say anything at all... photo attached. If you don’t want to waste your nerves and money, this is definitely NOT the place for you. And yes, there’s always no one at the reception when I go out...

I also should of read the reviews. We left the hotel after two hours..... Extremely noisy, tiny room with no window. The staff were also rude. I have been asking if they can give me a map of the city and they told me If I dont have google maps on my phone..

LOUD LOUD LOUD! The other reviews are accurate. Surrounded by nightclubs and strip clubs, you will struggle to sleep until well past 5am. The room was actually vibrating from the noise. Like another reviewer said, if you’re planning on partying all night and sleeping all day this is the hotel for you. The room was tiny, literally just a bed (with a tiny thin duvet) and two small cubby holes for both our clothes. Also very very warm. Staff were friendly and helpful, but I would not recommend this hotel.
