Royal Grand Hotel

We lived in a 2-room suite! The handle on the door does not work, the battery in one of the rooms was leaking, in the second room the ceiling was leaking after the rain and this is the 4th floor (and the building is 5 storeys) The towels were changed, the trash was taken out - thanks to the woman who cleaned for that. And that is all Spa out of 10 points - 4 points There was so much chlorine that it was impossible to stay inside the room, the salt room was completely out And now about the food... dirty plates, cups... no napkins... and most importantly, lack of food. I went and cursed at the reception. Answer: I don’t care what you say, I don’t see you No safe And these are not all the disadvantages that I described. My advice: don't go here

Terrible place. 1. The hairdryer is broken; if turned on, it can catch fire. They don't replace it because they don't have any available. 2. Mini-bars are supposed to be available in all rooms, but there are no mini-bars in this room. When asked why, the explanation is that many rooms are already occupied. 3. Breakfast was served with a half-hour delay. 4. Some of the chicken fillets served for lunch were made from rotten chicken meat. 5. They promised to add mini-bars three times already.

Plus points: spa in hotel, different sauna's, big pool, hottub, jacuzzi's were nice. Nicely equiped gym. Food is Ukrainian and really good and healthy (dont expect to get fries), I understand people who see this as soviet style but to me it was what I was looking for, enough choice, except fruits were limited. Not far from the park and Buvet nr 1. Cons: 50% of the staff not really friendly, canceling an order lead to accusation that the price of order will be submitted from waiters salary and that this was my fault. Rooms are quite big (we had luxe), bare wires on the wall what didn't felt really safe (had to wrap one myself in plastic), towels dirty even when fresh not worth a 4 star hotel. Wat was a really BIG problem and something you need to take into count is that the whole hotel, restaurant and spa are only accesible via stairs, so the whole facility is not even close to friendly for elderly and handicaped. A girl in a wheelchair needed to be caried upstairs so she could eat at the restaurant.
