Bristol Hotel

The Bristol is not only a beautiful 5 star hotel, the Bristol Hotel Odesa is history, art, class, hospitality. I spent 11 nights including Christmas and New Year and had a very nice experience. The hotel is in the heart of Odesa very close to the opera house, opposite the Philharmonic in short, unique location. Despite the city's energy difficulties it is absolutely autonomous and not affected by the general problems of a proud country under attack (24-hour current, hot water always, very fast wi-fi starlink!!). Amazing cleaning and treatment of the customer: room cleaning twice a day, change of sheets and bathrobe every 2 days, continuous attention to the customer and precise and timely answers to every request. I really appreciated the free "late check out" (not due) but the management rightly had an eye towards a loyal customer. Interiors and exteriors embellished for Christmas in a splendid way: anyone in this period came to admire the hotel and take / take pictures with the lights because they were irresistible. Very kind and competent staff, they all speak English, high level breakfast inside the great Bristol cafe also steeped in history and art. The hotel is also available for photo shoots, birthdays and special celebrations so the atmosphere every day was festive and beautiful. I left the hotel with deep sadness but I already know I will be back soon. Personally I think that for those who visit Odesa for whatever reason staying at Bristol will make their stay special and unforgettable, it is that special touch that you have to live and carry in your heart, in your mind.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Odessa, and I was truly impressed! The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The view from the window is simply breathtaking — the city unfolds in all its beauty! I must also highlight the staff — professional, polite, always ready to help. The atmosphere is very welcoming. A nice bonus is the availability of convenient parking spaces, which makes the stay much easier. If you’re looking for a comfortable place for relaxation or work in Odessa, this hotel is an excellent choice! I will definitely return!

The hotel is impeccable despite the situation. Rooms are comfortable, very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety. The hotel is centrally located close to many good restaurants. The Spa is very nice on the roof top.
