As someone who works in the hospitality industry myself, I truly appreciate excellent service, attention to detail, and genuine guest care—and Holiday Inn Express Dubai – Al Safa delivered on all of these.
From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and welcoming. The staff made me feel valued, and everything was handled professionally, setting the tone for a fantastic stay.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There was a great selection of fresh, delicious food with something for everyone. The dining area was spotless, well-organized, and constantly replenished, reflecting the high standards that every hotel should strive for.
I would like to give special recognition to Jessica from Concierge. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and warm personality made a lasting impression.
A huge thank you as well to Shams from the breakfast buffet team. His outstanding service, attentiveness, and positive attitude made every morning enjoyable. He consistently ensured guests were well taken care of and is a true asset to the hotel.
