Country Club Hotel

I am still waiting for a contact from the hotel regarding my injury in March 2021. They have not informed me who their insurers are. My recommendation is if you stay at the hotel, try not to get injured. Before your stay, find out who they are insured with, just in case you get injured. Lousy response from hotel.

I suffered a foot injury at the hotel in March 2020. I have written several times to the hotel, and no response whatsoever. Hence, I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel, in case you sustain an injury, then no comeback from hotel.

It has deteriorated like anything!! Very poor condition of linens, the main restaurant is closed-down; parking is a headache!! Initially it was fine. Even it's not clear whether this still exists or not...as last time, when I had contacted Country Club (of India), I was told that CC had sold-off this property. Recently, after repeated request got the contact no. from CC-Kolkata office - but the no. is invalid!!!
