Ramada Dubai

Booked a room for a familly of 4, the room had only 1 bed, paid an extra 500 euro for 2 camp beds for 6 days stay. The breakfast is below average, the hotel is very old and generally very very very overpriced. Some can stay at a five star hotel for the same cost or less. The location is not bad but not something special. Doesn't worth it. The reception asked for an extra 2500 euro for a burj kalifa view room, which we were supposed to have. Our stay costed 750 euro/day for 6 days. At the new years eve the hotel did a called "gala dinner" not even close to a gala dinner. Served some kebab and charged 1200 euro/person, ofcourse we didn't attend but went to see and was so excited i didn't book. They even asked us to pay 150 euro/person to visit a hotel area where we could see the fireworks and the burj kalifa at the new years eve. Not sure if this is even legal. This hotel equals to a 100 euro/night at max

The large and comfortable bed a 10 out of 10 The room spacious and very clean the shower and the tub spotless. The dining room and the spectacular buffet... Recommended 100%. The pool area super cool Excellent care staff 10 out of 10. The waiters and staff at the reception excellent. I'll be back hopefully soon.
