Ramee Guestline Hotel Apartment 2

I've stayed here a few years ago and loved the location and having a One bedroom apartment. Stayed here recently the place has gone to seed. Bedside lamps are broken and hanging on their fixtures, cockroaches abound all over the place and they didn't do anything about it even after bringing it to their attention. Housekeeping didn't do the dishes and neither did they have the equipment like dish washing liquid etc that they provided in the past. It's a pity about this place.

We were 20 of us, 4 families and visited during Christmas time in December. Thought of taking service apartments for the convenience of all since we had kids with us. While the rooms are spacious, the services were really bad, the breakfast spread which was included in our stay was below average...same repeated menu with no quality or taste. Infact there were times when the food item fell short and they clearly said it was over. The food was not up to standards at all. The geyser in my bathroom was not working and we kept calling for someone to come and check but the front desk was not bothered. Finding cabs in Dubai is another issue specially during peak hours, again no help from the hotel, they did not have a tie up with anyone to help us get a taxi at late hours. The food across the road was much better with good options to eat. Since it was peak time, few options were available hence checking the photos online we booked the property but definitely would not want to stay here again nor recommend.

My friends and I spent a night there during the Eid holiday..as you can see the exterior of hotel wasnt that impressive but as we get in our room we were astonished with the room area...it was a studio type..everything was well equipped..They even had kitchen utensils inside the room so basically it is ideal for a family or group of friends..The room was very quiet..One thing i have noticed was the hotel dining area..it was very small and there were just 4 tables in it...my apologies for i have never taken any photo inside the room and the dining area.. Their gym was not that spacious but it was nice..👍🏼 Wifi was included but it was a bit slow.. For reservations, you can look for Grace 😊She was very helpful and friendly.
