Savoy Crest

What a very warm welcome I receive on each stay at the Savoy Crest Hotel Apartment. This is a wonderful place to stay. The professionalism of the staff is unmatched in their quest to make the hotel stay as comfortable as possible. There is an expediency to the hotel guest on any query to the maintenance department, housekeeping, room service, and the front desk staff who are very timely, proficient, and responsive. The rooms are very spacious with a washer and balcony with the beds being some of the most comfortable. The hotel is located within 15 minutes walking to Burjuman Mall or 5 minutes by taxi and the front desk staff including Mr. Madan and Joy along with her teammates will kindly assist you in booking a taxi to wherever you want to go in Dubai. The hotel is also located near many other shops and eateries near the metro station which is within 10 minutes walking distance. I want to personally thank Juber in Concierge in assisting me and special thanks also to Aman Kumar in housekeeping for keeping my room clean every day. Special thanks also go out to the professional staff on night shift. This is a great staff in total led by Faroukh Sunny, Group General Manager. It was a great experience staying over here. Everything was all good the services and the room. The only thing i felt should be taken care as a feedback, swimming pool timing should be till 10 pm atleast.

Average rooms with an apprtment like feel, average hotel with afforadble prices. Food lousy. Location is good, quite street with convinience store and cafe near by. RECOMEND: Yes, if on budget.
