Palace downtown is a good place to go for a coffee and a quiet evening meeting, the service is amazing, warm welcome and smiling face of Annabal, she makes our nights better and we are so happy. Amazing promotion from her. This place is Highly recommended and appreciated.

The ambiance here is fantastic, and the view is absolutely stunning. The staff were very accommodating especially Karren. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay at the Palace Downtown. The room was great and all the staff were lovely and courteous seeing to our every needs. Special kudos to Sami and Santosh for helping us checkout and leave on time for the airport. It was much appreciated
