Marina View Deluxe Hotel Apartment

This was one of the most unacceptable experiences I’ve had in a hotel when it comes to privacy. I placed a clear “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, yet staff still knocked loudly and repeatedly, completely ignoring it. This is not a misunderstanding — it is a blatant disregard for guest privacy and a failure to follow the most basic hotel standards. A “Do Not Disturb” sign exists for a reason. Ignoring it shows poor training, lack of professionalism, and zero respect for guests. Behavior like this is intrusive and completely unacceptable, especially in a city like Dubai where hospitality standards are supposed to be among the highest. Management seriously needs to address this issue, retrain staff, and ensure this does not happen again. Guests should not have to deal with their privacy being violated in this way.

AVOID! Safety hazard and terrible management. I was injured in the sauna by protruding rusty nails, a case officially confirmed by Dubai Tourism (DET). Despite promising a refund and compensation, I haven't received a single cent. The hotel has been ghosting me for 3 weeks and is even ignoring official inquiries from Booking.com. Completely unprofessional and unsafe—stay away!

Avoid This Hotel and Loveholidays Arrived at Marina View Hotel at 11:30pm with two small children, only to be told that none of our three separate bookings (made through Loveholidays) existed. After a long day of travelling, this was incredibly distressing. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help resolve the situation. We were left to find and pay for alternative accommodation in the middle of the night with two exhausted children. A completely unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this hotel or booking through Loveholidays.
