the fridge smells horrible, mosquitoes & insects everywhere, sounds of neighbors, furniture smells bad, no hot enough water, non-refundable, wifi is sometimes good sometimes bad, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!

The rooms are tiny, very outdated, and uncared for. Our bathroom was so stiflingly hot, it was uncomfortable to shower. The “kitchen” was a few cupboards, with a couple of small plates and glasses, 2 mugs, a pan and a kettle, the freezer had been taken out and was just and empty housing. The 2 single beds were actually a couple of zedbeds which took up all the sitting area and this us what qualifies as a quad suite. The pool is tiny and in a very neglected area of the hotel and did not feel clean

First we stayed in this hotel in 2018 and again We booked this hotel in Jan 29 to 31 , 2020 for attend Medical exhibition 2020 in Dubai but due to current Covid – 19 situation we had to cancel our visit to dubai. We put a nonrefundable reservation through booking.com hence they refused to refund our hotel reservation amount but that’s ok with us because that’s their policy . But the disgusting thing is this hotel had charged more than our hotel cancellation fee. We wrote booking.com and they also accepted this hotel had charged more than our cancellation fee, but they refused to refund what they have taken more. Its really disgusting. Specially the Hotel Manager did not respect the booking.com policy. Do not book this hotel and its dangerous because they never respect booking Policies what we have when we book a hotel initially. Even they did not consider Covid 19 situation all over the world. But we received hotels in Europe for our Europe trip in April 2020 but unfortunately, we had to cancel that trip also but Europe people they refund all our hotel payments and train tickets though they were all nonrefundable. Cheating of this hotel is very disgusting.
