Crowne Plaza Hotel Dubai Festival City

Stayed in Crowne Plaza for 2 weeks when I first moved to Dubai. The entire team was incredibly warm from the doormen to the breakfast servers. Really enjoyed seeing Yoon, Arif and Eme every morning. By day three they already knew my usual drink and always took the time to ask how I was settling into Dubai. Their kindness genuinely made me feel welcomed during a big life transition. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was absolutely wonderful! We want to give a special shoutout to Manish, Souraj, and Som from the housekeeping team. They took amazing care of us and kept everything spotless.​We also especially loved the pool ambiance during the evening—it was beautiful.
