Hatta Fort

I had such a wonderful time. The hotel is family friendly, with so much to do. The rooms were excellent, from the outside they seem small but on entering the rooms they are very spacious. The AC was perfect, cleanliness was impeccable, the amenities top notch and easy to use like the coffee machine and there was no noise level was down. And even though we just had a few moments just idling on the balcony, it was just amazing, I can't imagine how refreshing it can be during winter season. The staff were amazing from the front office staff, Ms. Ayesha was warm and very welcoming, the check in was fast and efficient. And then I met Mr. Naveen, an amazing Gentleman, he was extremely friendly and helpful. It was my Son's birthday and I just mentioned it to him while we were chatting before we went for breakfast and suddenly as we're having breakfast he and his colleagues just surprised us with a cake for my Son. I mean that was a memorable experience, thank you to Ms. Maya too, she was extremely helpful with a wonderful attitude during breakfast. Overall it was excellent value for money and my stay was just amazing. Thank you so much JA Hatta Fort Hotel, we love you and we shall surely come back.
