Oriental Palace Hotel Apartment

VERY poor service. So many things did not work! The stove did not turn on, the shower had next to no pressure, and the second shower was cold. The extra beds they brought in were disgusting and very dirty. The pots they had provided for cooking were extremely old and scratched up. Who wants to eat off of a cancer-causing Teflon pot?!!! Every time we called for service they said "we're sending someone in 10 minutes" and it'd be hours or never before someone showed up. The so-called breakfast was meager and we had to fight flies while eating. Disgusting!

No way this can be real,, this Apt looks like sharing accommodation place -- this place has nothing to do with cleanness of the hotel -- the team hardly speak English - if you want to be understood, you better learn Indian Language before attempting to book.. even the staff dress very dirty uniform, what sort of clean room to expect. Dirty like no tomorrow - noise from the surrounding area - Don't even try it ,, its waste of money, and health ..

The word palace at this hotel doesn't make any sense it is the opposite of a palace with rubbish rooms terrible water systems and terrible interior and walls that are cracked. And also the worst staff members I have ever met, when we booked our room we thought the room would look like the one we booked but it looked nothing like it. I had to get in a fight with the receptionist until he said that he can get the room that we actually booked. And the worst thing about this hotel apartment that it doesn't have any non smoking rooms they are all smoking rooms so you have a child that has asthma it wouldn't be good for him or her. Anyway to sum up this is the worst hotel apartment that I have ever stayed in and that I don't recommend anyone coming.
