Auris Hotel Apartments Deira

I booked with Agoda.com and confirmed booking, arrived in front hotel and found it closed ... Even charged by agoda.com Still not get refund ... Nobody answer Try to send email to agoda.com but couldn't, try to call but no number Agoda.com is not recommended

Stayed for a night and the service from reception to housekeeping was excellent. will definately come back again soon! pool, restaurants and gym are well cleaned and sanitized. i also got a room with a good view.. everything i requested was provided upon the time of check in.

It is terrible hotel. My daughter checked the room and there was a lot of dust and stains. The worse and terrifying there was underwear for men who's was guest here because us.The room also had few things missing as of no one cleaned the room and replaced the old things there with new . We slept late at 3am coz of changing room but they wake me up to check out without any consideration of what happen.Ive attached the photo what we found in the room.they should clean and sanitized because of Corona.
