Avari Hotel Apartments Al Barsha

Everything here sucks. They charge you 95K/annually with no appliances, dirty-old beds, bad hygiene, no gym, broken refrigerator, stove out of order, no crockery, nothing at all for a "Hotel Apartment" On top of that, this DOES not include your DEWA which by the way I feel is a bit scammy as they charge you AED 950 for 15 days? The entire building is extremely dirty - You can live anywhere decent for 95K - not worth it at all and must be avoided as much as possible.

Stayed there with family. Affordable apartment to stay with the family. Stayed in a single bedroom apartment. It has a small kitchenette, you can cook your own food . The best part is the staff. Some of the outstanding staff are Nitin ( Engineer) from India, security personnel ( I think his name is Ameer )from Pakistan. Excellent place and I recommend this place for a stay with family.

It was a perfect stay here, the only problem here was that the gym had few machines and that too useless and half working. There was no pool but the home food delivery was great and fast. The staff was friendly and the room also had premium channels with e-vision.
