We had a good stay in this hotel for a week.Room is well cleaned for everyday.Its a value for money with good breakfast buffet that includes with the package.Amazing service with the friendly and accommodating staff.

I am writing this review to advise other travelers, particularly Hilton loyalty members, of a deeply disappointing experience at this property. I booked a points stay at this location and explicitly added my wife as an authorized guest, a practice that is explicitly allowed under Hilton Honors global terms and conditions. Upon her arrival at 11:00 PM after an international flight, the front desk refused to allow her to check in, stating that local regulations required the primary account holder to be present. However, the staff immediately contradicted this reasoning by offering to check her into the exact same room if she paid an out-of-pocket cash rate. This made it clear that her documentation was legally sufficient to stay, and that the barrier was entirely financial rather than regulatory. Other Hilton properties in Dubai, such as the Conrad, routinely honor these pre-authorized stays seamlessly under the exact same local jurisdiction. Because my wife declined to pay an additional cash rate for a stay that was already fully redeemed, she was left without accommodation at midnight. She was forced to arrange her own transportation and find emergency lodging at a competitor hotel entirely on her own. When escalated to corporate Guest Assistance (Case #275448218), the supervisor chose to issue a boilerplate refusal, simply returning the unfulfilled points with no meaningful service recovery or accountability for the safety risk my wife faced. This property failed to uphold standard hospitality and basic care for a Diamond member's spouse, and corporate has chosen not to correct it. I will not be returning.
