Aayush at the reception was absolutely amazing during our stay at Lotus Grand. He is very kind, respectful, and always willing to help whenever needed. His friendly nature and professionalism really stood out and made the experience much more pleasant. It’s rare to meet staff who are this attentive and genuine with guests.
