Moevenpick Jumeirah Beach

My name is Sultan, and I stayed in room 1807. I had a very good stay and truly appreciated the professional and friendly staff throughout my visit. A special thank you to Jazib, Mirza, Waleed, Manager Akash, and the entire team for their excellent service, warm hospitality, and dedication to making my stay comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing experience at the Mövenpick Sports Bar in the lobby on 10 July around 5 PM. My friends and I ordered drinks, nachos, and calamari. The drinks arrived first, but we had to wait and follow up multiple times for the food. The nachos arrived after around 30 minutes, while the calamari took almost 45 minutes more. The biggest disappointment was not only the long waiting time, but the way our complaint was handled. The calamari was extremely poor quality, a very small portion, overly oily, tasted like frozen food, and was served on top of a mountain of fries. We shared our concern with the team and requested to speak with a manager. Despite the bar being almost empty, the manager took around 10 minutes to come. When he arrived, he did not introduce himself and instead of showing concern, he made a sarcastic comment: “I can barely see the calamari here.” This response was completely unprofessional and dismissive. He took the plate and said he would check with the chef and come back with an update. He never returned. We eventually asked for the bill and only found out from the team member that the calamari had been removed. What disappointed us most was the lack of ownership and basic guest care from the manager. Mistakes can happen, but the way a complaint is handled shows the true level of service. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of follow-up left us feeling completely ignored and undervalued as guests. This was not the level of service we expected from Mövenpick.

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were always welcoming and professional. A special thanks to Jazib and Mirza conceirage for the outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
