Skyline Deluxe Apartments

I recently arrived at Dream City Hotel after a long flight, looking forward to a comfortable and welcoming stay. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was quite disappointing. Upon approaching the reception, I was not greeted with a smile or any acknowledgment, and the response I received was a direct “no” regarding my room availability, without any effort to assist or make me feel at ease. I was informed that my room would be ready by 1:30 p.m., but when I returned at that time, I was told again that it was still not ready, with the same lack of courtesy or empathy. This interaction did not reflect the level of hospitality or professionalism I expected from a property of your reputation. And what make me more and more disappointed is when receptionat say if u don’t like she can cancel I hope you will take this feedback constructively to ensure that all guests receive the warm and considerate service.

I had a wonderful stay at Dream City Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the housekeeping service. Special mention to Pravu, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless and that I felt well taken care of. His attention to detail and professionalism are truly top notch. Thank you for making my stay extra pleasant!

we were one week in this hotel. Our first room, Room 307, was old and full of cockroaches. After two days, they changed our room and gave us a new room. The new room was 601, which was clean, but unfortunately, there was cockroaches too. The noise of cars and people was annoying at night. I don't recommend it at all.
