I travel regularly for work and my room was very large and spacious. I was amazed by how many staff members were bilingual, given that I speak several languages. Every staff member made my stay truly special and I appreciated it very much. The view of the night sky was enchanting with all the city lights. My room was soundproof and very quiet. When people decide to travel, they have expectations... they want a nice facility, great food, great service, and great amenities. I highly recommend Mr. Ibrahim from the concierge for the kind assistance that allowed us to watch TV from our phone when the smart TV in the room did not support the channels that the kind person from Voco made our stay pleasant, this is what we were looking for when we visited the hotel. The only drawback is that the external soundproofing could be improved, as outside noise is quite noticeable. Unfortunately, the reception staff did not always prove to be particularly friendly or welcoming, which somewhat penalizes the overall experience. However, there are numerous flaws that become evident once you look closely, including shortcomings in the cleaning/maintenance service. However, we awarded the hotel a score of 5/5 for the quality and service of the concierge. All the pillows were the same, but by now many hotels always offer three different types of pillows: soft, medium, and firm; for a luxury hotel, Voco should also offer this possibility. Sometimes we have difficulty contacting the reception (Zero) at night, so we have to go down to ask for something or to be called back, which does not happen, unlike what happens in many hotels. This is an aspect that must be improved. Obviously we complained to the reception, without obtaining understanding.
