This hotel brings together everything a perfect holiday needs. Rixos is a large hotel group, but none of its hotels is as special as this one. And it’s not because of the luxurious facilities or the outstanding amenities. It’s because of the people who work here. The entire Rixos Al Mairid team – from housekeeping and the buggy service to the waiters and guest relations – makes this place truly exceptional. Many of them have been working here for more than 10 years and are still proud members of the Rixos Al Mairid family. Together, they have overcome many challenges, including COVID, a change of hotel brand, and the recent political tensions in the Middle East. Once again, this hotel has shown us how to create unforgettable moments, even during difficult times. Our special thanks go to the amazing Orient team: Faruk, Bitou, Prasil, and Nadia – you truly rock! Chinedu, Snow, Anita, and the entire restaurant team – your service is outstanding. A special thank you to our lovely Saia and Rica for always taking or the Restaurant. Of course, our favourite drinks were served by Arish and his fantastic team at the rooftop bar.
