Cordia Serviced Apartments

We stayed at Cordia Apartments Belfast for a 2-night work trip where I brought the family and decided to return after having stayed here previously. We were glad we gave it another go, as there have been some great refurbishments and improvements made. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, which was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. The ensuite bedroom now has a king-size bed, which was a great upgrade and made the stay much more comfortable. The bathrooms have also been freshly painted and the added ledge in the bathrooms is a simple but very useful touch for storing cosmetics and toiletries. One of the biggest bonuses is the secure parking, which is extremely handy and gives great peace of mind. The location is also excellent, with lots of good restaurants nearby and a Tesco right beside the apartments, which is very convenient for picking up groceries and essentials. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The patio window in our apartment was broken, which was difficult during the hot weather, but reception responded quickly and arranged for it to be sorted out. There is no air conditioning but we were staying in a very hot spell of weather. Overall, Cordia Apartments is a great option if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, especially for families who want a bit more space than a standard hotel room. It is good value for money. The secure parking, convenient location and improvements made to the apartments make it a good choice, and we would happily consider staying again.

We had two apartments for two nights - both appeared not to have been cleaned for some time.

This was our third stay at Cordia Serviced. Apartments. We had a two bed flat with a view and balcony. The accommodation is first class with every amenity, very clean and comfortable situated close to Belfast City Hospital and next door to a well stocked Tesco supermarket. There is a wide selection of restaurants at all price ranges and cuisines and the motorway is close by if needed. This was our third stay and we would not go anywhere else as it combines the flexibility of self catering with all the facilities including an en-suite and separate bathroom , fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave cooker and plenty of glasses, china and cutlery. We stay for the proximity to Belfast City Hospital and the only comment I would make is that the sofas are comfortable but lack back support for elderly people like myself, I have a spinal condition and bring a large cushion for my back which allows me to sit upright. The staff are all helpful , courteous and responsive to any issues which makes life pleasant when you are waiting for a hospital appointment. We have already booked our next stay .
