Convenient city centre location in Belfast. We'd paid for the early 9am check-in, but to our happy surprise, the room was ready at 7:30 when we arrived from the overnight ferry. Room was fine, typical for an Ibis, a bit small, but adequate for our purposes. Air conditioning was a bit annoying; it seemed to go off on a timer, so we kept having to wake up to turn it back on multiple times a night. Windows did open, but that part of the city centre was very noisy on a summer weekend, so we preferred to keep them shut. The bathroom was tiny and the sink leaked, and room service was hit-or-miss. We didn't pay for the breakfast option so I can't speak to that. Overall, it was a fine place to stay to explore Belfast, though I might consider other options next time.

Check in was really good , even directions given for the town without asking . All the staff are a credit to this hotel and cant do enough for you . I do have some negative comments , there was a few spots of the floor like spilt liquid I suppose its easy to miss but it makes me think if it was washed before we arrived . Next is the skipped cleaning , we shower twice a day and like clean dry towels every day. We were also told the cleaning is usually done every other day . We were made to feel a bit of an inconvenience asking for clean towels . Our room 705 had a bad smell from the plug hole .

Check-in was excellent and quick, even better I could check in straight away despite arriving before 12pm! Room: having stayed at a number of Ibis hotels, this was the best room, modern, clean with everything you’ll need during your stay. Breakfast: breakfast area can be very busy as it’s quick small. Hot food offering very good, cold options also available. Bar: pizzas available 24/7 from here, not badly priced either. Location: very short walk and your slap bang in the centre, yes it’s not on the nicest of roads but never felt uncomfortable walking around. Staff: lady at reception was lovely and helpful, guy at breakfast really friendly and helpful. I’d return to this Ibis for sure!
