Ten Square Luxury

The hotel is exceptional! It is perfectly located, offers great value for money, and the service is outstanding. A special thank you to Leona at Reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, as well as to the Reservations Team, who responded to our emails promptly and were extremely organised and professional. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were made to feel very welcome, with lovely little touches and upgrades that made our stay even more special. The hotel has excellent facilities, everything is spotlessly clean and well organised, and the service at the bar was fantastic. Breakfast was also excellent, with great service from the team. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We will definitely return as soon as possible and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast. The location is also excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from some of the city’s main attractions, including Victoria Square Shopping Centre. Kind regards Aaron William

We stayed last night in room 207. The room was lovely, big and clean however the noise was very bad especially for my nana to try and get to sleep. We contacted reception twice and they were unable to move us room. The noise went on until after midnight. Our room was directly above the function room. We were very disappointed with the experience and lack of friendliness from the staff on the phone when we rang and no compensation offered. Breakfast was good. Hotel a bit dated in general in reception, restaurant and bar areas. Have always wanted to try this hotel but not convinced I’d stay again.

Recently spent 3 night here and it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is centrally located and our spacious room overlooked the CIty Hall. The room was well appointed, the hot water plentiful. Breakfast in the dining room provided a variety of dining options. Kate in the dining room was especially gracious.
