Loch Fyne

Spent two nights here and the service was absolutely brilliant from the whole team. Comfortable rooms and the food was excellent also.

I don’t know where to start , the Loch Fyne Hotel Is just Amazing! We visited for 4 days in July for our Honeymoon, it was a last minute booking, we bought along our 3 pups, I have never been to such a warm and friendly Hotel as this one. Our dogs were treated like Royalty, sausages for breakfast every day, now they expect this At home! What makes this Hotel so wonderful is the Staff! Everyone , and I mean everyone, was so warm and friendly, nothing was any trouble. The Restaurant food was fantastic and served up quickly . Niall keep it up ! You are all Amazing, we will be back ! We stayed one night in Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa while travelling around Scotland. A bit disappointed in the price of the rooms as they were on the more expensive side for what you got. The door key reminded me of Spain in the 80s using an actual key. We arrived at 2.50pm and went to the bar for some lunch and unfortunately their “fryer” was broken but there were other options on the menu. We were told to order quickly as service stopped at 3.00pm. Then we were advised by another member of staff that infact lunch was served until 4.00pm. We ordered sandwiches which were dire considering the price. Basically we have had better shop bought sandwiches. My ham and mustard sandwich was cheap ham in a basic pan loaf with mustard added and a handful of salad on the side. Dinner was a different story, we had a lovely Italian waiter from Rome who was so friendly and helpful. Dinner was excellent, duck cooked perfectly and the Risotto was beautiful. A few other shops / restaurants are close by and the view from the Hotel is lovely.
