ROOM 2 is a horrible room with to much furniture in it the room is 4x3 has a double bed , 2 bed side cabinets, 4 drawer chest of drawers, 2 seater couch and a table ,no room to swing a cat ,the bathroom dont fair any better with the slope that's in the floor. We had to walk sideways around the bed .the bedding was all lumps and bumps , this room should be closed until its REFURBISHED, the whole b&b creaks when walking from the stairs to in the room , 5 minutes walk into town centre but on way back up is a very steep hill if you have any health problems this is not for you , IF YOU GET ALLOCATED ROOM 2 ,,,,RUN , you cant walk into the room as the 2 seater couch covers half the doorway, FIRE HAZARD IF YOU ASK ME . this could be a lovely place if it was updated, I think the pictures on the website is yrs old and the bedding on the bed is still the same the outside has an overgrown garden and looks very tired and datedROOM 2 is a horrible room with to much furniture in it the room is 4x3 has a double bed , 2 bed side cabinets, 4 drawer chest of drawers, 2 seater couch and a table ,no room to swing a cat ,the bathroom dont fair any better with the slope that's in the floor. Stayed here 2 nights whilst motorcycling around Scotland. On arrival warmly welcomed by the proprietor and allocated rooms 5 and 7. Both were more than adequate for us with comfy beds and decent en suite facilities with good showers. No breakfast option at moment but porridge and cakes in room with tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms were not serviced during our stay which suited is perfectly. A rear car park was very welcome in which to secure the bikes whilst we explored Oban itself which is literally only a 5 minute walk away. We will return as well situated, reasonably priced, warm and genuine welcome and decent rooms.

We had an excellent stay here last month. The property was very clean and the lady very welcoming. Our room had a spectacular view, the bed was comfortable and there was all that we needed provided. Oban was busy so we were delighted that the property had private parking too.
