Jurys Inn Milton Keynes (I)

Arrived 21.33, restaurant shuts at 21.30, i was accommodated but limited menu. Friendly staff, Lucy on breakfast counter is a gem, always greeted with a smile, some kind words and really helpful!

Stayed 1 night in June 2026. Good - easy fast check in although had to return to desk as room card didn’t work, good room temperature, decent size tv Bad - room was showing signs of wear and tear and cleanliness not perfect, breakfast buffet on the cheap side with limited choice and questionable quality of items on offer

This was my second stay at the Leonardo. On arrival at the reception desk, I was warmly greeted by the lovely Isaac. I was very early for check-in, but Isaac assured me that this was not a problem. When I told Isaac that I had stayed at the hotel in April, he upgraded my room. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. As was the bathroom. On checking out this morning, the two young ladies on reception were delightful. They were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately I didn't get their names. I have to say that all the staff at Leonardo, are a credit to the hotel. I look forward to staying there again.
