Royal Berkshire, an Exclusive Venue

I surprised my husband for his 60th birthday by booking this wonderful hotel. We got married here 16 years ago on the same day and honestly don't know why we haven't been back. Nothing was too much trouble - from the first correspondence, the various emails and queries I made. The delicious food, the lovely, lovely staff, the beautiful room. Right up until we left and we only left because we had other things booked but we were genuinely sorry not to be making the most of our time here! All the special, extra touches were so thoughtful and made us both feel very well looked after. I cannot thank you all enough and cannot wait to come back again x

This is a lovely property with an outstanding staff. We have gone two years in a row for a golf trip to the lovely heathland courses of Surrey and Sussex. Perfect launching point for some world class golf. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful at every turn. It feels like being home when you are there. The food is excellent the library is the perfect location to relax with a drink and get caught up on email. Looking forward to being back again soon.

We attended a wedding here at the weekend. What a beautiful place and how lovely all the staff were! They couldn’t do enough to help us. The food and wine were delicious. The grounds are lovely with natural unspoiled traditional surroundings. The interior is tasteful and traditional - beautifully decorated while being light and airy.
