The Thames

Hotel cancelled my booking with no explanation (admittedly with four days notice, unlike the last reviewer!). There appears to be something going on, as booking.com and other booking sites are not listing them currently.

Cancelled my booking on the day I was supposed to stay , absolutely disgusted with this company.

Terrible small room on 2nd floor with no lift
