Nissrine and Asha were absolutely amazing. After a small mishap, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely focused on making things right. The pool is admittedly on the small side, but it is heated, which was especially appreciated by my elderly parents as it helped with their arthritis. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but what truly makes this hotel stand out is its customer service and attention to detail. I would happily recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Great hotel and room. Scene was set by a warm, friendly greeting by Nessi who checked my daughter and I in very quickly & efficiently. Information on the hotel clearly and succinctly given and we were in our spacious, comfortable room in next to no time. Complimentary filtered water was a nice touch, very comfortable beds and pillows and breakfast the following morning did not disappoint! Thank you to Nessi & all the staff encountered (bar team were on breakfast duty, great energy!) Will certainly stay again.
