The Faculty Serviced Apartments

This was an extremely bad move and ended up costing us £499.50 for one night accommodation in a studio apartment, even after booking a one bed apartment. I booked this from my hospital bed on 15th January hoping that with a one floor apartment will help with my recovery. Although in arrival I mentioned to management that the accommodation furniture was to low to get up and down from and there was no tv in bedroom so nowhere to spend my time. They showed us to a studio flat and due to the amount of pain I was in just got on bed while they moved bags etc from the room. When my husband got on the bed realised it was not even a double bed and was worried that he could knock me in the evening. I contacted the management and requested to cancel. Management said out of £999.00 I paid due to less than seven days cancellation will only get £499.50 returned. After being admitted to hospital the very next morning less than 24 hours in the property and unable to return they still insisted on only refunding half the money and this was done after a lot of nagging on the 18/1. There was no evidence of sanitation during the moving of goods out of the studio and also management had mentioned that they could offer us the one bedroom as well as the studio. How does this work two accommodations for the same price but not sufficient refund. Please be aware of booking accommodation before viewing especially when laying out a large sum of money, even more so during this pandemic

Stayed there for 3 nights and all 3 of us enjoyed so much. It is definitely suitable for a family with all the essential amenities that you need. Joe and Sylvia are superb helpful and the check in process was smooth and easy. Hope can come back in near future!

Great location, with the Oracle shopping center and all the restaurants in a walking distance!! The apartment was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable and the noise from the road was not a problem! We had everything we need and maybe a washing machine would be perfect!!! We will definitely book again!!!
