Marriott Slough/Windsor

Booked through holiday extras for over night stay and parking for duration of our holiday. Check in was ok and told where to park car whilst on holiday. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower over bath. One strange thing was the toilet roll was more near to the door than the actual toilet! Hotel bar was nice. Not a great choice on the menu, we had the fish and chips which said came with mushy peas, they weren’t, they were just smashed frozen garden peas and extremely dry. Breakfast was good, buffet style and plenty to choose from. The hotel has a computer stand where you can book transfer to the airport. Easy to use, we booked a shared transfer which cost £9 each, as it turned out there was only us going, so bargain there. On our return as we came out of the arrivals there’s a kiosk to book a return transfer, they only had private journeys and this cost £26 which we thought was very good. There were plenty of spaces to leave the car and it was fine on our return. One negative point is the little shop opposite the reception desk selling snacks, ice cream, etc. £6 for a pack of biscuits is a rip off, can’t remember other prices of items but do remember commenting on how expensive it all was. Would recommend this park and stay for convenience to Heathrow airport.

Stayed here 3 weeks ago. Bed was clean, bathroom clean, staff lovely but the carpet into the bathroom and bathroom floor had awful brown stains. We didn’t take our shoes off and all windows were left open. We’re told we would get a refund, 3 weeks later still chasing and the £50 deposit on the credit card still pending to this day. Phone call after phone call and I’m still no better off.

We booked a pre flight room and parking package (via holiday extras) at this hotel and all I can say is it was great. We booked the executive room, which was clean and fresh. Included in this rate is lounge access, which included drinks and canapes (although there was much more than that) these included soft drinks, wine and beers. Food was small bowls of pasta, battered cauliflower, sausage and mash, cheeses and desserts. And all delicious. Next morning a full buffet breakfast, again extremely good. You can book an Uber on the machine in in foyer if you need a lift to the airport. All smooth and perfectly timed. The experience is great, well done to all the staff too, from the check in - to check out everything was great
