HOLIDAY INN

What a surprise - Could this be the UK's best Holiday Inn? I think so! I travel lots for work and usually use Premier Inn for our accommodation needs howver this time due to the forecast 38 degrees the local Prem didn't have air conditioning so I booked the Aylesbury Holiday Inn instead. The site was and car park was spotless and plenty of roomy parking. Reception was well staffed and the check in both friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and perfectly clean and best of all - Air Conditioned, plus a bonus Minibar with cold drinks. A quick change and down for a well earned cold drink after a long hot day in the car. No queue at the bar and a great seated terrace area outside. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Aylesbury (which, if you've been into Aylesbury town centre is a good thing!) and some great running routes locally. The breakfast was the normal buffet affair but the quality of the food and the helpful staff made it feel special compared to a Premier Inn and afterwards we took our coffee outside to the terrace and some lovely comfy loungers. The terrace was being pressure washed and cleaned which again is something you'd never see at a Premier Inn. All in all a really great hotel experienced made special by Raj and the rest of the team who all seemed so happy to help. I stay in Milton Keynes very often but will be using this hotel for those trips in the future. Thank you

Stayed here for work purposes and had a lovely time, was served on the bar by a lovely lady named Shannon, I felt very welcomed and the food was excellent, I had Fish and chips and can not complain, I would happily re visit.

Service 5/5 Room 4/5 - beds were SO comfortable but the hairdryer didn't work Food 4/5 - good breakfast buffet and highly recommend the hash browns!
