The rudest people I've ever spoken to. Refused to speak to me on the phone and told me they only do business by email. Very personal service... NOT. They even refused to give me the name of the Hotel Manager. I wonder what they are scared of. Whoever came across a hospitality business that won't speak to you on the phone?

The same night we had our anniversary they decided to host a boxing event outside our hotel window . Loud booming music and drunk people kept us up most of the night . Customer service was poor , reception doesn’t answer the phone , the food is overpriced. Was a waste of time and money and ruined our special day . Gave them feedback and requested a call back to discuss and they ignored me ..

I recntly took my partner to an afternoon tea to celebrate her birthday. It was a lovely day and we we're looking forward to enjoying an afternoon tea together. Sadly my tea cup had a long crack on it starting at the top and traveling three quarters of the way down the cup. This wasn't noticed at first because the crack was on the opposite side of the cup where I was drinking from. Secondly we had to ask the waitress for tea spoons which should have been on the table when the table was being setup. Sadly there wasn't a set of tongs to use when putting sugar cubes in out tea again they should have already been on the table. It wasn't until we had finished our tea that we discovered that we could have requested that the filling in our sandwiches be adapted to our choice. This option was not offered. The surprising thing that capped the afternoon of is that when I was presented with the bill it wasn't pointed out to me that there was a service charge included which the waitor should have advised me of. On the whole we had a nice time together but I think the hotel needs to pay more attention to detail when setting a table including carefully checking the crockery and cutlery and offering to adapt the filling of the sandwiches to the customers liking. The final bill when being presented to the customer by the waiter/waitress, they should be advising the customer of an added service charge. I hope the hotel management take on board my comments and act accordingly to improve their service.
