The hotel is a gem..the location is perfect and the staff were on hand at all times to help and welcome you back. The lift is super fast so you are in your room very quickly. The restaurant and bar area are lovely with stunning views. My room was clean and the tv easy to use( which is not always the case!) The wallpaper was a bit too gaudy in my opinion but certainly was better than the no character vibe you often get. All in all a great hotel and I will use it again on if I return to Cambridge.

We stayed for the weekend with our two dogs and could not fault the whole experience. Every staff member we met was without exception as friendly, kind and helpful as they could be. We were welcomed warmly, made to feel at home, looked after with such care and made to feel special. The welcome extended to our dogs was even better! The room was fabulous, clean and well presented. The hotel location was outstanding, right in the middle of the city. The valet parking was faultless and saved us trying to navigate parking. Breakfast service was excellent, fast, well presented with a good selection. The proximity to Jesus Green made juggling the dogs easy. This is a real gem and I couldn't recommend more highly.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Cambridge. Nice and helpful front of house staff. My only comment is that if you are driving make sure you use their valet service for parking. The local parking lots are extortionate for an overnight stay.
