used the car park and got a ticket to put in my vehicle. got a £170 bill went in to get in overturned and they said its no problem weeks later received a higher charge went in again and they said theres nothing they can do now said it happens alot the private company that manages this car park is awful avoid parking here as its pot luck if your going to get a ticket or not

Terrible hotel with little to offer. The parking is a well known scam if you search online, it will add to the cost of a stay and make it worth staying in a proper hotel. Food awful, rooms small and dirty. Should be advertised as a half star hotel. There are many better hotels in the area, I tried most of them on business trips and this was the only hotel I would actively avoid!

I will just like to say my stay at The Dragonfly Peterborough was a great experience. The for a Dog Trainer Forum and from the moment I was treated with the most accommodating experience. A shout out to Laura, who greeted me the second I walked in the door, went out of her way to assist with numerous questions. She was even helping out in the restaurant after our Forum. Surya you should be proud of this young lady!
