Holiday Inn Stoke On Trent

The staff are incredibly supportive and helpful. The food is amazing and if you forgot anything they have it for you! There great at cleaning and there pool is actually quiet in the school holidays! But if you have a room (e.g 259) you do have to walk a little to it (they work on length not width. But I can’t complain about that it’s a great place for a trip out or just a nice weekend! They have a great play area for the kids and the motor is right around the corner as well as a COOP!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was easy to find. My room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. I enjoyed a good breakfast. I wasn't charged for car parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I shall definitely return when heading north.

This hotel is at best average. It appears to be mostly used by business people and tradesmen and is a functional place to stay. The building is in need of a refurbishment and is a sprawling affair where you will certainly get your steps in walking to and from your room. Our room was comfortable enough with the basics included, but the TV was ancient and the remote control worked occasionally. The air conditioning was very good, the bathroom very small. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was buffet style and was laid out over a vaste area which was good, most of the hot items were but some were tepid. We also ate our evening meal there and it was served quickly and pleasantly and it was of a similar standard to other IHG offerings. On the whole it was pleasant enough but nothing to shout home about.
