I love it here tbh they have helped me through lots off struggles love thr staff and nice people im glad im staying here thank you for taking me in when I needed somewhere to go i really appreciated it

This hotel is the head office to the whitehouse hotel in Telford, where i stayed for 3 nights, which were awful, i have raised a complaint 3 times, and Duty manager at whitehouse told me she has passed my complaint to there Headoffice which turns out to be the dene hotel. I then phoned the dene several times asking to speak to the manager. The receptionist says he is not there and when i asked when the manager would be in so i could call back when he was in, i was told she was not at liberty to tell me such information and the tone of her voice she wanted me off the phone. Going by other reviews the manager is not someone to have a reasonable conversation with. They have taken my money and not produced the service or the meals i paid for which amounts to theft. I left the whitehouse hotel ill due and they did not care they got there money. Not even as much as a courtesy call to discuss the issues, that really says a lot.
