Grosvenor Place Guest House

Clean, comfy and convenient. Away from the crowds but close enough to walk to everything. Good price.

Basic and simple B&B in the centre of Chester. Very friendly welcome and advise people to contact directly and not use.com agencies so they get full amount of very reasonable tariffs. Clean, small and basic but for the price it’s totally fine. Shower room was very small but hey. Would definitely recommend

Recently stayed here. It is in perfectly good location. The place is clean and tidy, couldn’t fault it, although the place absolutely boiling of night with no back door or windows to open downstairs which was very uncomfortable. Miscommunication with the owners, they said we could have early check in but when we arrived the cleaner knew nothing about it. The keypad on the door wouldn’t work and when we called the number it wasn’t the person who owned the place! Owner got in touch tell us the keypad was faulty the second night of our stay which we had already worked out for our self’s. Lovely place to stay, great location but a bit pricey for what it is.
