Just back from our stay at The mill and spa and would not recommend this hotel. The room we stayed in was dreadful, was quite dirty and there was no wardrobe or drawers in the room to store your clothes. The shower in the bathroom was smaller in height than me and im only 5'3 ..it also kept falling from its fitting while in use. Mentioned this at reception shortly after arrival and was told that was the design of the room..sorry but that's not good enough..The only good thing about this hotel is that its very central to the town. Would not stay here again.

Just got back from another great stay at the Mill Hotel 2nd time this year coming back in August. Just love coming here it is so relaxing and everyone is so friendly from the reception staff the bar staff the waiters at breakfast and the cleaners. Tell Sam and Harry to keep dancing see you in August.

Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it rooms a bit dated but spacious and spotless, large clean bathroom shower over the bath but handrails to hold room was very warm but we did have a fan , staff were all pleasant breakfast was hot and extremely organised , toast was made and not one of those slow toasters we were in room 435 up to 2 floor then cross the bridge then lift to 4th floor ideal location close to the centre and the station and nice walk along the canal , would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return , very enjoyable and comfortable stay
